The reference is obvious, especially when one considers the plate holder: 60th Dairy Princess. Two simple Google searches with correct terms yield the name of the owner of this Grand Am. I guess it's a big deal to be North Dakota Dairy Princess. It looks like they give you a used Pontiac with vanity plates.
